Andrew Gilgallon - Owner and Director of Advising

Andrew has spent more than 28 years in hockey in all forms from player to coach, scout, skills coach, Hockey Director, and more.  


Following a playing career that contained high level Midget, Junior Hockey, and the College level, Andrew joined his Alma Mater as an Assistant Coach for one season before taking on the scouting world. He has spent the last 10 years a Scout, including the last 6 as the lead American Scout for the Pembroke Lumber Kings of the Central Canada Hockey League, which is a Tier 1 Jr. A league centered in Ottawa, Ontario, Canada. In his time with Pembroke and more, he has seen double digit players into the CCHL, CCHL2, NAHL, USPHL, and more. 


In addition to his experience on the ice, he boasts multiple degrees including a double major Marketing and Economics B.B.A and a Master’s Degree in Sports Leadership. He looks forward to connecting with more players and families and helping them all reach the goals they have set out to achieve.
