Brian Dunn - Senior Performance coach

Brian serves as the Senior Performance Coach for Stretch Pass Advising. He brings over a decade of experience in the strength and conditioning arena, working with a variety of clients from one-on-one, professional and semi-professional athletes, to CrossFit, and sports performance with teams. He has obtained his Bachelor of Science in Health Sciences, a

Bachelor of Arts in Psychology, as well as a minor in exercise science, with a strong emphasis in anatomy and bio-mechanics

.

He joins the staff with over 18 years of hockey playing experience, including three at the collegiate level, and eight years of coaching experience, holding his USA Level-4 certification. He holds a Power

Athlete Block-1 Coach Certification as well as a CrossFit certification. Much of what Brian has

learned through education has come from his experience working with some of the top

strength and conditioning coaches in the world. His philosophy suggests that executing the

basics at an elite level of mastery will take help create the path to be the best athlete you can

be.

As a former player having his career end due to concussions, he has also taken a very strong liking to understanding the psychology of being an athlete, and what it takes to get you where you need to be mentally, as well as physically. Keeping your mind

healthy and challenged is just as important as keeping your body in peak performance mode.

Through this experience, the opportunity to work with Brian one-on-one in the gym may present itself, but he also trains many athletes virtually, writing team and individually customized programs run through an application on your phone. You can check out more about Brian at his website, lifewelldunn.com, or feel free to contact him directly with questions!

It is a great pleasure for Brian to give back to the athletes trying to create the best life for

themselves, and he takes great pride in delivering the best possible product to help you get

there.
